Lisa Marie Presley’s Calabasas residence hits market for $4.68 million

The former home of the late singer-songwriter Lisa Marie Presley has emerged on the real estate market with a listing price of $4.68 million.

The renowned artist, who was the daughter of music legends Elvis and Priscilla Presley, had leased the elegant French chateau-style dwelling from 2020 until her death in January, according to Architectural Digest.

It is reported that Presley was instantly captivated by the property, envisioning it as her permanent abode, complete with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Close friend and realtor to Presley, Robb Friedman from Keller Williams Realty, has since undertaken an extensive renovation of the home.

Covering an approximate area of 700sq m, the residence is nestled on a 0.3-acre expanse atop a hillside cul-de-sac within a secure gated community.

Ascending stone steps through romantically landscaped surroundings, visitors reach the turret-adorned front entrance, while a brick-paved driveway leads to an attached three-car garage, thoughtfully equipped with an auto lift to accommodate a fourth vehicle.

The backyard is a haven of leisure, boasting an outdoor kitchen, a fireplace, a dining area beneath a pergola, and a kidney bean-shaped swimming pool adjacent to a spa.

All these amenities are enclosed by neatly pruned hedges, cypress trees, and sweeping vistas of rolling hills.

Inside, the recently revamped living spaces feature pristine white oak floors, all-white wainscoted walls, and ceilings adorned with exposed beams and coffers.

The formal living room showcases an intricately carved fireplace and expansive windows that flood the room with natural light.

An additional spacious living area adjacent to a sprawling chef’s kitchen accommodates a lengthy granite-topped island, a breakfast bar, and a suite of high-end stainless steel appliances.

A nearby entertainment space centres around a striking black-and-white stone statement wall, complete with an electric fireplace.

Other notable highlights include a media room with tiered seating, a vaulted ceiling bonus room featuring a fireplace and a wet bar, and an expansive primary suite that boasts a balcony, walk-in closets, and a bathroom complete with a soaking tub.
