Top real estate agent Nick Bordin makes the move to the North Coast, joining Elders Real Estate Lennox Head, following a stellar career in Sydney.
Originally from the Northern Rivers town of Kyogle, Mr Bordin moved to the North Coast to pursue a career in real estate when he was just 18. Mr Bordin puts his big city success down to his country upbringing and ethics, which kept him grounded in one of Australia’s most competitive real estate markets.
“I was drawn to real estate because I like meeting people and watching their life journey, and helping them as their property needs change. The property journey is interesting, and you can build lifelong relationships,” Mr Bordin said.
“I love being trusted to help people with one of the biggest decisions they will ever make. And my philosophy is simple – I treat people the way that I would expect my family to be treated.”
The move to Lennox Head is a homecoming in more than one way. It takes Mr Bordin back to where he cut his teeth in real estate at Elders Lennox Head – and to the King family business where he and his wife, Hannah met.
Like so many people moving north from Melbourne and Sydney, improvements to local North Coast infrastructure, the close proximity to airports, healthcare and schools are all a big drawcard, as is the relaxed community lifestyle.
“We’re looking forward to implementing some new ideas and different strategies in the Lennox, Ballina and Byron property markets – we can’t wait to get started,” Mr Bordin.
