Kay & Burton opens doors to new Armadale office

As part of their 80th-anniversary events, Kay & Burton is proud to announce the launch of their new Armadale office.

Kay & Burton opened the doors to their first office in South Yarra back in 1938. From the agency’s humble beginnings, the company has rapidly grown to seven locations across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs plus the Mornington Peninsula.

In October, Kay & Burton are growing further by opening a new office at 946 High Street, Armadale, headed up by the agency’s Director Gowan Stubbings.

With 2018 marking Kay & Burton’s 80th anniversary, this new growth chapter is just another milestone to add to their myriad of achievements over the years.

Mr Stubbings said that an Armadale office feels like the natural next step for Kay & Burton.

“We’ve always had huge success through the Armadale and Malvern corridor, and have toyed with the idea of having a physical presence there for quite a while. We now have a dedicated team who live and breathe Armadale and surrounds, so the timing feels perfect,” said Mr Stubbings.

A great addition to Armadale’s thriving art scene, Kay & Burton was the first agency to move from sketch drawings of homes to high-grade photography, and from small ads to large ads in a bid to showcase their properties.

“About 21 years ago, we were the first agency to introduce night-time photography and full-scale video productions to better service our time-poor clients,” adds Joint Managing Director Ross Savas.
