Josh Tesolin’s goal for 2022 is to win the top Ray White principal and NSW and ACT for GCI.
The Announcement:
Josh Tesolin, the dynamic 26 year old business owner of Ray White Quakers Hill, personally sold a record-breaking 350 properties last year.
No one single agent at any agency in Australia has ever sold that many properties in one year alone.
He sold 193 properties in 2020 and reached 350 sales in 2021 but he’s still not satisfied.
The dynamo won the coveted Ray White award for top principal for number of sales both in NSW & ACT and also No 1 internationally for number of sales in 2021. But the young gun principal in a class of his own has his eye on the top commission earner prize next.
His 2022 goal is to win top Ray White principal in NSW & ACT for GCI at 26 years old and be the youngest to do it with an average sale price of $900,000, not $4 million.
“I work in the west of Sydney without a beach or a bay in sight but I will outwork anyone. I work seven days a week and I am constantly communicating with my sellers and buyers. I talk to them more than my family. Communication builds trust and that is the key,” he said.
His standout sale for 2021 was 27 Benbury St, Quakers Hill which sold for $1.430 million and achieved a suburb record for a single story home.
It was some $230,000 over reserve at auction in the height of COVID lockdowns.
“I am very proud of that sale, as I am all of them. In the first week back in 2022 my office has 20 properties already under offer,” he said.
“We met 233 buyers at our first weekend of open homes. The 2022 market has not slowed down at all. A lot of people think ‘new year, new me, new year’s resolution to buy a home’.
“A lot of people think the new year is the right time to buy a home. We have just had our biggest two weeks of buyer enquiry, more than the last three months combined.”
Ray White Quakers Hill, a young business with only four sales people, sold 534 properties in the 2021 calendar year.
“I know 2022 will be bigger and better. I listed 15 myself in the first week back,” he said.
“We have a smorgasbord of listings and we have the largest database of buyers in western Sydney. My team is young, has the most energy and the best process and we don’t take any days off.
“Frequency builds trust and I talk to my vendors and buyers every day. When they trust you, they listen to you. I’m here to help them from A to B. I never lose sight of their goals and selling their homes for as much as I can is the goal, regardless of the market conditions.”
