The Ray White Quakers Hill principal put his success down to his strong work ethic.
The Announcement:
Top Ray White principal Josh Tesolin has taken out the number one spot at RateMyAgentโs annual awards for the fourth time, while Ray White Quakers Hills was also named number one in New South Wales.
Last year, Mr Tesolin was awarded the Top Performing Principal for settled commission and number of salesย at Ray Whiteโs international awards. He has taken the real estate world by storm at only 27 years old and is on track for another stellar year with the group.ย
Ray White Quakers Hillย (pictured below)ย is in its third year and has already expanded to 27 staff across sales, property management and administration and took out the top gong for New South Wales at last nightโs RateMyAgent awards. Collectively, the office sold 549 properties last year, including 315 by Mr Tesolin, equalling nearly one a week for the real estate star.
โThis award means a lot because itโs from clientsโ feedback. Itโs your customersโ experiences and they are sharing how happy they were with the sale of their home with their agents,โ Mr Tesolin said.
The award winning Quakers Hill principal has an unrivalled work ethic and is driven by his commitment to each one of his clients.
โI work seven days a week, 18 hours a day and I’ve got a fantastic team there supporting me as Iโm negotiating, prospecting and selling. I also have an amazing team of salespeople, property managers and admins who go above and beyond for their clients every day,โ Mr Tesolin said.
โI think having a good agency and working with good people helps enormously. The Ray White Groupย has got a fantastic family name and has built aย reputation as one of the most trusted agenciesย in the business.โ
Now in its ninth year, the RateMtAgent awardย winners are determined based on verified customer reviews provided on the RateMyAgent website, rather than by industry peers.
Congratulations to all other Ray White Group members across the country on their individual suburb level awards.
