211-213 Church Street Parramatta โ The first Parramatta Post Office built in 1878 and a recognised heritage item with close ties to Parramatta’s history. Leased and occupied by the University Of New England.

It takes years to build a reputation and all can be lost in a moment. Don’t take your clientsโ trust for granted and maintain self integrity.
Biggest challenge
Selling property goes beyond listing a property on a real estate website and erecting a signboard. Companies that promote ‘DIY’ real estate solutions to save vendors real estate commissions are proving to be deceptive and misleading. Limiting new start-up companies of this calibre is crucial in ensuring the integrity of the real estate industry.
Change for good?
Higher qualification levels to ensure strict ethical standards are adhered to with mandatory regular training on up-to-date legislation and ensuring a minimum practicing period before becoming a principal.
