Look who’s laughing now! Comedian Jo Koy has listed his Las Vegas mansion for $11.25 million (AUD$17.8 million), almost three years after purchasing it for $10 million (AUD$15.9 million).
The sculptural home sits within the guard-gated Ridges community in Summerlin, one of Sin City’s most expensive neighbourhoods.

The property’s Brutalist concrete exterior gives way to warmer, Zen-influenced interiors, with many living spaces connecting directly to outdoor areas.
A standout feature is the spiral staircase encased in a tree trunk-like structure, which leads from the open-plan main level down to a moodier lower floor according to the listing.

There, a full bar, sitting area and wine cellar with exposed stone walls create a different atmosphere entirely.
Above a separate staircase hangs a two-story sculpture made of lightbulbs – some of which illuminate – that will remain with the property.

The main house contains four bedrooms, including a primary suite where the bedroom and bathroom share an open space.
A guest house adds two more bedrooms and a lounge with bar.

Outdoor spaces include an infinity-edge pool with an outdoor kitchen, multiple courtyards, a sofa swing hanging from structural beams beneath the cantilevered section of the home, and a rooftop deck with a fire feature and views across the golf course to the surrounding desert and mountains.

According to Mansion Global, Jo, who performs under his stage name but owns the property under his legal name Joseph Glenn Herbert, purchased the home in June 2023.
