The deal boosts the number of rental properties managed by Jellis Craigโs award-winning property management team to just under 2,500 and contributes to the growth of its property sales division.
Commenting on the sale which was completed earlier this month, Jellis Craig director Renee Reynolds said she was excited to be able to offer the services of the companyโs dedicated property management team to Hayden Geelong clients.
A property management specialist with 26 years’ experience, she said the Jellis Craig team offered essential advice to property investors, ensuring their properties met minimum standards, stayed compliant with current legislation, and maintained their value through access to a trusted network of local trade services.
ย Ms Reynolds said there had been a tangible lift in investor activity and confidence in the regionโs property market in recent months, and cuts in interest rates would boost it further.
