Homely reports solid revenue growth, record site and app visits

Homely has announced its full-year results for 2022 noting strong financial performance.

The Announcement:, the third largest independent online real estate marketplace in Australia, has announced its full-year results for 2022 with an impressive 35 per cent annualised revenue growth.

Despite broader global economic challenges and uncertainty, Homely Group continues to deliver strong financial performance, reporting year on year revenue growth of 35 per cent and an increase of 24 per cent of visits to Homely mobile and web platforms.

The result for the 2022 calendar year reflects Homely’s relentless focus on delivering value to customers and strength of the strategic alliances that Homely has established within the industry.

The independent portal also reported a 31.4 per cent increase in direct enquiries on property listings, up 18.5 per cent on the previous six months and 65.7 per cent increase in signed-in users across all platforms compared with the same period in 2021, while maintaining a 4.7 star rating across Android and iOS apps.
