hockingstuart relaunches Red Magazine

Victorian group hockingstuart have re-vamped their in-house Red Mag in a new A3, glossy format, providing the latest market news, lifestyle and design tips and showcasing more listings better than previously.

hockingstuart engaged publishing house Indesign – the company behind popular monthly design titles Indesign and Habitus – to bring the new-format magazine to life. The weekly magazine will be filled with lifestyle property content, as well as featuring hundreds of hockingstuart’s listings from across the state each week.

With a weekly distribution run of over 10,000 copies, Red Mag will be delivered far and wide to local hockingstuart offices across Victoria, plus over 200 cafes in Melbourne.

hockingstuart CEO, Simon Jovanovic, said the re-launched Red Mag isn’t just a make-over, it’s a complete shift away from the traditional real estate magazine and delivers on the network’s promise of presenting each property in the best possible way.

“Over twenty years ago, hockingstuart was a trailblazer when it created the first real-estate owned magazine. But these days, every Tom, Dick and Harry is producing a hard-copy brochure of their property listings – we knew it was time to return to our innovative spirit and push the boundaries once again.

“And, in an age where everyone is focusing their efforts online, we wanted to go back to basics and create something that really stood out from the crowd.

“The beautiful-styled images in Red Mag are akin to a great design magazine that sits on the coffee table for months – however, it also provides sound property advice, easy-reading lifestyle articles and our latest listings, all the in the one place.”

He added: “hockingstuart is a firm believer that marketing and presenting the home in the best possible light delivers the greatest results for our clients.

“That’s why when it came to roll out Red Mag, we decided to distribute to over 200 local cafes – another way we’re making our customer’s homes more appealing and maximising their exposure.”

The refreshed Red Mag is the latest in a wave of innovations hockingstuart has introduced over the past 12 months to streamline the buying and selling process. Last year, the company launched a brand-new website with state of the art tools powered by DIAKRIT.  To promote the offerings, hockingstuart launched a new creative marketing campaign, hockingstuart showcase, which likens the listing process to a movie set, reflecting its best-in-class tools and capabilities to showcase a home.

Red Mag is now available at local hockingstuart offices, local cafes and is also available online.
