Successful Perth real estate agent James Kennedy has been warmly welcomed into Ray White North Quays.
Mr Kennedy has spent almost 30 years of his life in the greater Kingsley area, which includes graduating from Woodvale Senior High School and playing for the local football club.
The elite performer, with the support of his wife Kylie, has been awarded the highest sales achiever for Kingsley almost every year since launching his real estate career in 2009.

“You can’t start thinking the phones are just going to ring themselves, you have to have that hunger and keep setting targets. If you don’t have goals to achieve then you’re going through the motions.”
