After 13 years of marriage, Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen are going their separate ways and it appears the supermodel has already picked up her own house in Surfside, Florida.
According to The Dirt, Bündchen purchased a modest cottage near Miami Beach for about US$1.3 million in February.
The Art Deco-style cottage was built in 1940 but has since been extensively renovated.
The cottage has three bedrooms and three bathrooms in 143sq m of light-filled living space that features hardwood floors throughout and sits on 0.13 acres.
Inside the home, guests are greeted with an entry foyer that leads down into an open-concept great room.
Alongside, there’s a living room with a fireplace and dining area, plus a kitchen that includes white cabinetry, a subway tile backsplash, an oversized marble eat-in island, high-end stainless appliances and sliding glass doors that open out to an al fresco dining area.
The master retreat has its own bath with dual vanities and a glass-encased shower.
The former couple still own a US$27 million Miami Beach mansion in the exclusive Indian Creek Country Club as well as vacation homes in Costa Rica and Montana.
