Jeremy Brink, James Peach and Walter Burfitt-Williams have joined Peter Taylor at Ray White Taylor and Partners.
The Announcement:
With nearly 70 years of experience between them, four leading real estate agents in Sydneyโs inner suburbs have joined forces to further build upon the success of Ray White Taylor and Partners.ย
When Peter Taylor started the business with Australasiaโs largest real estate group six years ago, he had no idea of the breadth of talent that would soon exist within his business.ย
Jeremy Brink, James Peach and Walter Burfitt-Williams have officially joined Mr Taylor as partners in the Darlinghurst-based real estate agency. All four have represented the brand with distinction since joining.
Mr Taylorโs dedication, not just to his clients, but to the development of his people, is exemplified by this strategic move.
โOver the past six years we have been fortunate enough to experience constant growth across our sales and property management business, and a lot of that is due to these three gentlemen who are now officially my business partners,โ Mr Taylor said.
Mr Taylor said that the four directors are all working towards the same goal; a boutique level of service, with all experts behind each and every listing to achieve the best results for clients.
โThere is great synergy between our whole team , and a seamless flow between the sales and property management business,โ he said.
The amount of local knowledge within the team is huge, having all been dedicated to servicing the surrounding suburbs of Darlinghurst for a very long time.
Mr Brink started in the business a year after Mr Taylor opened, with Mr Burfitt-Williams and Mr Peach joining in 2020.
The team is now made up of 12 people across sales, property management and operations. They are also a heavily auction focused business.
All four leaders agreed that Ray White was the best partner to continue their real estate business with.
โRay White is not only a recognised brand with great backing, but it is young and fresh in its approach to real estate,โ Mr Peach said.
โIt is the leading group in the eastern suburbs and sits around 20 per cent market share in the region, which is phenomenal.โ
Mr Taylor said that he is also thrilled that Tim Snell, whom they use for their many auctions, has recently taken on the position of their CEO.
โDuring the six years that I have been here, the leadership group has changed and grown immensely and they have implemented a great collaborative approach,โ he said.
The team said that while the rental market is the best and most competitive it has ever been, the sales market is challenging.
โIt is quite a sink or swim environment at the moment in sales, with eight interest rate rises in a row.โ Mr Brink said.
โHowever, there are still a healthy amount of buyers and we are generally a very resilient market here in the eastern suburbs.
โThere are so many different buyer groups here; first home buyers, investors, downsizers, families, international buyers.โ
Mr Burfitt-Williams said that the goal for the team over the next 12 months would be growth, in every sense of the word.
โWe are focused on recruitment and retention, which is a challenge across every industry at the moment,โ he said.
โWe also want to grow our rent roll and market share, continuing to provide incredible service to clients with our streamlined processes.โย
Ray White New South Wales CEO Tim Snell congratulated Mr Taylor on his ability to bring in partners of their calibre, and congratulated all on becoming partners.
โPeter has built such a fantastic business over his many years with the group and has firmly established himself as a leader in our company, so we are thrilled to know that he will now have Jeremy, James and Walter alongside him for the journey,โ Mr Snell said.
โRay White’s culture is for the ambitious. Cultivating leaders and creating pathways for our people to reach their potential is of utmost importance within the network.ย
โThe deepening of the leadership bench in this key market will continue to widen the client offering, providing a world class customer experience in one of Sydney’s most important marketplaces.”
