First National announces its leading WA agents

First National Real Estateโ€™s Western Australia agents received their General Excellence and Marketing Awards at Novotel Langley last Friday night.

The awards brought recognition to the best of Western Australiaโ€™s real estate performances throughout 2017, which according to First National WA Chairman, Kelly Donaldson, were confirmation of the networkโ€™s commitment to professional development and customer satisfaction.

โ€˜2017 market conditions in Western Australia required tenacity and commitment from our agents and property managers throughout the state. Iโ€™m delighted to see, through these results, that our agents rose to that challenge and achieved outstanding results for their customersโ€™ said Mr Donaldson.

On the night, Sales Office of the Year was awarded to First National Real Estate Hedland (Port Hedland) and the Top 10 sales offices included:

Rick Hockey of First National Real Estate Hedland was announced WA Salesperson of the Year. The Top 10 salespeople were:

Kirsty Law of First National Giles Jones (Midland) was announced Property Manager of the Year โ€“ Commercial and Tash Endersby of First National Kalgoorlie was announced Property Manager of the Year โ€“ Residential. Other property managers and offices receiving recognition for exceptional results were:

  • Karen Steinbacher, First National Mercer Harries, Pinjarra โ€“ Business Development Manager of the Year โ€“ Small Department
  • Michelle Peck, First National Peak Central, Cockburn Central – Business Development Manager of the Year โ€“ Medium Department

  • First National Karratha โ€“ Highest Property Management Gross Revenue (Small)
  • First National Hedland, Port Hedland โ€“ Highest Property Management Gross Revenue (Medium)

A range of specialist awards were also announced, with Sales Rookie of the Year being awarded to Kim Robins from First National Margaret River, and, Property Manager Rookie of the Year awarded to Emma-Rose Lucas of First National Giles Jones (Midland). Other specialist awards included:

  • Administrator of the Year โ€“ Shinnai Rata, First National Karratha
  • Receptionist of the Year โ€“ Sarah Nuich, First National Heron Johns (Bull Creek)
