The legendary musician purchased one of six penthouses, with his known as โThe Treehouse,โ tucked away in the western end of the building for an undisclosed amount
Renderings of the more than 220sq m unit show light oak floorboards, custom brass detailing and a floating staircase that links the levels together.
There are also white Venetian walls and a sea on windows and walls of glass that give views across the city.
The three-bedroom and three-bathroom unit will feature a large tree that will grow in a planter and up through a double-height atrium.
Elsewhere, the kitchen and open plan living/dining space are connected to the penthouseโs four lushly planted terraces.
One of the other terraces also features a spa, located off the main bedroom on the upper floor.
The King Toronto building also offers residents access to the ground floor shops and restaurants, a huge sun terrace, a communal party room, a fitness and yoga space, a board room, and an indoor lap pool and hot tub.
