Don Ha delivers RE/MAX Revolution

The highly-acclaimed businessman and real estate identity, Don Ha, has embraced the global real estate giant, RE/MAX, and rebrands Don Ha Real Estate launching RE/MAX Revolution.

Mr Ha will open the RE/MAX Revolution ‘super office’ in Hunter’s Corner, Papatoetoe on the 1st of January 2018. The existing Don Ha Manukau office will merge into the RE/MAX Revolution super office at that time.

Built over 1000 square metres, with a smart contemporary purpose fit-out, the office can easily accommodate 100 agents and includes a large space for property investment seminars and other community-focused initiatives.

Mr Ha already leads an award-winning lineup of New Zealand’s finest real estate specialists, and Don Ha Real Estate is recognised as one of the largest independents in Auckland, but he is committed to growth and views RE/MAX as a platform to the world.

“My business is national and international project marketing, and residential real estate and commercial property sales. Partnering with RE/MAX is part of future-proofing my business,” he said.

“We are expanding, we are recruiting, and we are getting everything in place now to start the New Year with a whole new energy.”

RE/MAX Australia and RE/MAX New Zealand’s Managing Director Michael Davoren welcomed Mr Ha as a broker owner who matched the global brand’s core beliefs and values.

“We are excited to have business owners and agents the calibre of Don and his team,” Mr Davoren said.

“Choosing RE/MAX was a very serious decision for Don, and was based on the opportunity it will give him to take his business to a totally different level through international exposure and to forge ahead into new market places, both geographical and demographical.

“He sees an opportunity to build his business in many ways that may not have been possible with other big name real estate networks.”

For both Mr Ha and Mr Davoren, the marrying of philosophies was just as evident.

“Don is in sync with Dave Liniger who founded RE/MAX in 1973. They both seek the innovative, entrepreneurial culture that gives agents independence and flexibility to grow their own thriving businesses,” said Mr Davoren, “and he aligns with the RE/MAX passion for the communities in which our agents live and work.”

Mr Ha holds the platform of service he offers agents high in his priorities.

“I want my agents’ business to grow, but I take the more holistic approach through their professional and personal development, showing them not just how to build wealth but how to manage it as well, for example.

“I prefer to see my agents earning more than me because these are the agents who want to stay on my team.”

Mr Ha is serious about providing career paths, through formal traineeships and regular mentoring and training seminars, and many of his agents have been on the team for more than 13 years.

“My agents become ambassadors for the business, my business ‘bodyguards’,” Mr Ha said.
