Belle Property Lower North Shore has recently announced the appointment of experienced sales agent Djordje Kresovic, reflecting the group’s continued focus on long-term growth, market depth and high-performance talent across the region.
Djordje has built a strong reputation for his exceptional client experiences in a way that feels genuine rather than transactional. With a degree in Marketing and a solid understanding of positioning, buyer psychology and campaign strategy, he has quickly become a recognised and trusted advisor within the local market.
Djordje’s focus is North Sydney, a pocket of the Lower North Shore Djordje describes as genuinely unlike anywhere else in the region.
The area’s cosmopolitan energy, architectural variety and the mix of people it attracts drew him in early, and his knowledge runs deep. From the history and culture of the suburb to its best streets and hidden gems, he knows the area the way a local does.
For Directors Matthew Smythe and Mark Jackson, the decision to bring Djordje into the business was less about recruiting another agent and more about identifying someone whose mindset aligned with the future direction of the group.
“There’s a maturity to Djordje that stood out to us very early,” said Matthew Smythe. “He’s thoughtful in the way he approaches people, he listens, and he understands that trust is built over time, not just during a campaign. That’s increasingly rare in this industry.”
“We’re very intentional about who joins our business. Skill can be taught, but attitude, humility and professionalism are much harder to find. Djordje has all three.”
Mark said the appointment was also a reflection of the culture Belle Property Lower North Shore has spent years building and is equally protective of.
“Culture is everything to us, and we’re very deliberate about protecting it,” said Jackson “We want good people who care deeply about their clients, who are coachable, collaborative and genuinely invested in building a long-term career. Djordje fits that mould perfectly.”
“He’s ambitious, but in a grounded way. He’s willing to do the work, learn from the right people and build credibility properly. That’s what creates longevity in this business.”
For Djordje, the move came down to a simple calculation: at this stage of his career, environment matters.
“At this stage of my career, who you learn from and who you work alongside matters a lot,” he said. “I wanted to be part of a business where there’s strong leadership, high standards and people who genuinely want to see each other succeed. That was very clear to me from the beginning with Matthew, Mark and the broader team.”
That sense of the business came through not just in conversations with leadership, but in the day-to-day dynamic he observed across the group’s Lower North Shore offices.
“There’s a strong energy within the business, but it still feels very relationship-driven,” he said. “It’s competitive in all the right ways, but there’s also a genuine level of support and respect between people. That culture was important to me.”
“I think clients are looking for something different now. They want transparency, communication and someone they feel comfortable trusting through what is often a pretty emotional process. That’s the type of agent I want to be.”
The appointment comes as Belle Property Lower North Shore continues to strengthen its position across the region, with the group focused not only on market share growth but on building a business centred around people, leadership and long-term sustainability.
