DiJONES has officially opened its doors on the Lower North Shore of Sydney with local agents Dean Mackie and Piers van Hamburg at the helm.
There are now eight offices with 178 employees under the DiJONES umbrella.
DiJONES CEO Robert Ward announced in December that principals Dean Mackie and Piers van Hamburg and their teams would join forces with the DiJONES brand as of 1 February, 2019.
DiJONES will now service the Lower North Shore, North Shore, Northern Suburbs, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and the Southern Highlands.
Mr Mackie and Mr van Hamburg’s offices in Mosman, Neutral Bay, Chatswood and Northbridge, which were previously under another network banner, will remain in their current locations but will now operate as DiJONES Lower North Shore.
Mr Ward said that, rather than being constrained by franchise operations, the Lower North Shore team joins the DiJONES brand in a collaboration that brings a wealth of industry knowledge to local buyers and vendors.
“We welcome their innovative management team who are leaders in their core markets,” he said.
“Together we are stronger than operating individually.”
Although there has been a name change for the Lower North Shore office, the same people and the same shared values and unified vision remain.
The Lower North Shore leadership team will remain in the same seats, headed up by Mr Mackie as Managing Director, Mr van Hamburg as Principal, Pamela Styling leading the Property Management division and Brent May as Head of Sales.
“This collaboration represents an exciting new chapter in our business. With a new name but the same great team, 2019 promises to be a dynamic year for us within the DiJONES family,” Mr Mackie said.
