DiJones doubles down on the future of sales with new head of sales innovation 

Darryn McRae will take a refreshed approach to the real estate sales process.

DiJones has appointed former REA executive Darryn McRae as Head of Sales Innovation in a move that sees the brand place a strong focus on delivering what the modern sales function requires. 

“We are operating in a very different and ever evolving world to what the current sales processes and tools cater for,” DiJones CEO Dean Mackie said. “In order to not only grow the agency and serve our clients, Darryn will take a refreshed approach to the real estate sales process. 

“He will also partner with all other functions within our business to ensure sales innovation becomes and remains a strategic imperative. This appointment also reinforces our ongoing commitment to investing in our people, data and technology and ensuring a return on investment for us and a better experience for our clients.” 

Mr Mackie said Darryn’s primary focus will be to implement the right sales processes and enable our sales teams to understand and utilise technology for the advantage of our all that it serves. 

“Additionally, Darryn will lead recruitment and coaching of our sales team, fostering a culture of innovation and equipping them with the necessary tools to achieve optimal outcomes.” 

Darryn McRae said his passion lies with building high performance teams based on a healthy culture of innovation, creativity and curiosity and joining DiJones represented a unique opportunity.
