Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe has decided to part ways with one of his lower Manhattan condos, selling it to a Dutch apparel magnate for US$5.3 million.
According to The Dirt, the child star turned a small profit on the 230sq m apartment he originally purchased in 2008 for US$4.9 million.
The condo features a 40sq m living room with a wall of curved glass that looks out across the New Jersey skyline and over the Hudson River.
There are three bedrooms in the apartment, each with its own ensuite and walk-in closet.
The connecting kitchen and dining room share a television with the den, which can be swivelled around to either room.
Other highlights include white walls, motorised window shades, two steam showers, two breakfast bars and a laundry closet.
While the building itself offers a host of amenities that include a full-time doorman, concierge and porter services, a fitness centre, a childrenโs playroom, a bike storage room and on-site parking.
Radcliffe purchased his other Manhattan condo around the same time for US$4.3 million and it is located in the NoHo neighbourhood.
