On getting into real estate
I have always had an interest in real estate and spent quite a bit of time looking for the right opportunity to enter the industry.

The happiest moment in my career
Really helping people. Sometimes that means a record price that helps accelerate their financial growth, or sometimes it is helping a family out of a really tough spot. Both of these, and everything in between, is why I am in this industry.

The most memorable moment
The most memorable sales tend to be the ones where the process is tough, complicated, and requires a high level of skill. Not the nicest, or the most prestigious.

Best advice he’s received
The only way to get what you want is to help enough other people get what they want.

Biggest challenge
The speed with which we need to act and reply to keep pace with expectations. I think we need to have extremely streamlined systems, aligned with the correct technology to allow us to keep pace.

Change for good?
A higher level of knowledge and skills relating to the market, as well as the laws and regulations of our industry.
