Australian software firm Console Australia has integrated Victorian forms provider Forms Live with Console Cloud in a move that will save real estate professionals across the state significant administration and double-handling of data.
Console Cloud is Console’s flagship SaaS enterprise software product, providing trust accounting, property management and real estate software in Australia and New Zealand.
Console Cloud is the first SaaS property management software to integrate with any Victorian real estate forms provider.
This means that Victoria-based real estate agencies, trust accountants and real estate professionals can now easily access pre-generated Victorian compliant forms in their enterprise software.
Console Marketplace Manager Emily Hawkes said Console Cloud’s integration with a compliant Victorian forms provider is a win for Console, and a huge timesaver for busy property managers.
“It enables them to streamline their workflow by sending and electronically signing management and tenancy agreements,” she said.
The integration with Forms Live rounds out Console Cloud’s integrations with forms providers in all Australian States and Territories.
