Brazilian fashion model Alessandra Ambrósio has successfully sold her Manhattan Penthouse for US$2.75 million.
According to The Dirt, Ambrósio picked up the apartment for US$1.9 million around 17 years ago and had initially listed it for US$ 3 million.
The 150sq m, two-bedroom and two-and-a-half-bath condo is located in Manhattan’s Murray Hill neighbourhood and has three outdoor spaces on top of The Whitney – a 29-story building built in the mid-1980s.
There’s a living room, an all-white galley kitchen, as well as a foyer and dining room with a slim balcony that wraps around the outside.
The main guest bedroom has custom built-ins and a private bathroom and features a balcony of its own.
While the primary bedroom is located on the upper level and has oversized windows that look over the living room below, with an attached bathroom that has white tiles and a soaking tub that has views of the city skyline.
Outside there’s a den, which can also be used as a third bedroom, along with large terrace that can be used for entertaining.
The model’s primary residence is a US$6.5 million luxury home in LA, as well as a holiday home in the southern Brazil resort city of Florianópolis
