Belle Property announces key appointment within the Corporate team

With a strong focus on growth and people development, Belle Property has appointed Nick Boyd as Head of Sales and Business Development, starting next month.

Since 2012 Nick has been working in educational roles within the real estate industry as well as others.

โ€œWe are extremely excited to welcome Nick back to Belle Property. He has always been very involved with our group and has been an integral part of the growth within several of our offices,โ€ says CEO of Belle Property, Peter Hanscomb.

For the last three years, Nick has run his successful consulting business High Performance Sales Academy where he has consulted to small, medium and large businesses in recruitment, real estate and fitness industries.

Predominantly working with business leaders to ensure the foundations of their businesses are sound and the right strategies are implemented for growth, the exposure Nick has had to a multitude of business operations and productivity is vast. Nick also continues to actively conduct Auctions each weekend averaging around 300 Auctions each year.

Within his new role, Nick will be working with principals and agents to improve efficiencies, profitability and growth of their business by identifying, developing and implementing new technologies and systems to enhance the performance of franchise businesses.
