Victorian real estate network, The Barry Plant Group have announced the appointment of Brad Cooper as their new Franchise Manager. With over twenty years’ experience in real estate, Brad is an REIV accredited auctioneer and a licensed real estate agent.
Brad’s appointment will oversee mentoring and support for the staff and directors across The Barry Plant Group’s eighty offices. It will also see him making contributions to the Head Office training program and as liaison between Head Office and Franchises.
“Brad has been trained by some of the best in the business, and brings significant additional skills and experience to our team. We are delighted to have him on board,” Group CEO, Mike McCarthy says.
Beginning his career in 1994, Brad progressed from his start in property management into sales. In 2004, he opened his own office in Richmond which he sold in 2008. He then returned to Hawthorn, where he has been a highly prosperous seller for the past eight years.
“Barry Plant has been the number one real estate group in Victoria for quite some time, and they didn’t get there by accident,” he says. “They continuously focus on improving every aspect of their business and delivering a great customer experience. My goal is to help Barry Plant office owners to implement these improvements and to build even more successful businesses.”
