Awards flow for RE/MAX Revolution

The Shailer Park real estate team took major awards at RE/MAX Australia’s annual gala awards event, with individuals and teams, agents, administrators and property managers all receiving accolades.

When RE/MAX Australia Managing Director, Joel Davoren, paid homage to the work of personal assistants who “save us hours of time and mountains of stress”, it was RE/MAX Revolution’s Carrie Stevenson who collected the Personal Assistant of the Year award for her outstanding contribution to real estate business through 2022.

She was joined in the winning circle by Stephanie Lelliott, named Business Development Manager of the Year for excellence in the property management business of an office through 2022.

“Any sales associate or broker owner who employs a personal assistant will attest to the integral role these special people play in making our lives easier and making our business more profitable and efficient,” Mr Davoren said.

“Furthermore, successful real estate business owners know that an efficient and growing property management department is key to their long-term success.

“These awards won by Carrie and Stephanie acknowledge the importance of the personal assistant and BDM roles.”

RE/MAX Revolution also won Property Management Team of the Year, an award representing excellence and good practice in property management, great innovation and initiative, outstanding results and incredible passion in their role.

The service-driven property management team scored another accolade for their office, being named the top office for property management growth in 2022, based on net organic growth in the number of properties managed.

The Shailer Park office ranks in the network’s top five offices, with awards based on both the combined total of closed transaction sides and combined total of gross settled commissions generated by sales associates through 2022.

The accolades didn’t end there with two of RE/MAX Revolution team receiving global RE/MAX awards on the night.

Sales associate Henry Wong now holds a prized global career accolade, the Lifetime Achievement Award, which is an honour belonging to an elite group whose members have each earned more than US$3 million in commissions and have at least seven years with RE/MAX.

Broker-owner Eiles Hunt- Hunt Property Sisters were also inducted into the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame.

“Henry and Eiles are outstanding individuals who have distinguished themselves in their community, in RE/MAX ranks and the real estate industry itself,” Mr Davoren said.

“I am truly delighted to see them receive global recognition.”

Also announced each February are the RE/MAX Australia Club Awards, which recognise the preparation, effort, performance and commitment essential to real estate success.

The Hunt Property Sisters and Mark Coleman achieved Diamond Club status for their achievements in 2022, while Henry Wong, Nadir Rezai, Natalia Blewett and Natalie Mags were awarded Platinum Club.

Narnea Dowell and Ric Boulter entered 100% Club.

Club awards were introduced into property management last year with RE/MAX Revolution awarded Titan Club status for great achievements and service through 2022.

Mr Davoren said the ability to be ranked number one in such a high-calibre network came down to a dedicated and cohesive group of real estate professionals.

He said the network had performed well and grown through 2022.

“The real estate industry has responded rapidly to constantly changing landscapes in recent years, and even in the most frenetic or challenging real estate scene, it is the property managers and agents who are fully focused on forming genuine relationships with their customers that achieve greatest business success,” Mr Davoren said.

Broker-owners Eiles and Brittany Hunt said, “We are proud of our teams in sales and property management; and that our expertise, local market knowledge and the responsibility we accept when we take on an investor’s property are recognised and valued.”
