Ray White CEO - New South Wales/ACT. Tim Snell has had a career so far spanning Perth, New Zealand and Sydney. Tim joined the Ray White Group in January 2018 in the position of network development manager, moved into the position of Group Head of Performance and now CEO of NSW. Tim works closely with Ray White’s business owners and sales teams to be one of the key influencers of change in each business’ journey. With ambitions to drive change through the active growth of team performance through the development of sales skills, team productivity and structure; Tim acts as a key catalyst for change within the group. Tim is also an award-winning auctioneer, calling more than 600 auctions a year throughout NSW.
