High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale has quietly picked up a midcentury ranch-style residence in the Hollywood Hills.
According to The Dirt, Tisdale purchased the property, which was originally built in 1948, for US$6.2 million, from Johnson & Johnson heiress Jaime Johnson.
Surrounded by enormous hedges and a large gate at the end of the driveway, the property is virtually hidden from the street.
The main house includes four bedrooms, including a primary suite with a gold-trimmed bathroom and a walk-in closet.
Thereโs also a dining room with Apparatus light fixtures and a secret lower level with a movie theatre and screening room.
The living room boasts a fireplace, while the kitchen has premium appliances, waterfall quartz benches and dark green cabinets.
The single-storey structure has a host of sliding doors throughout along with hardwood floors and original ceiling beams.
Elsewhere, the separate guesthouse offers an additional bedroom suite, plus there are also manicured Japanese-style gardens and a swimming pool surrounded by a large hedge for extra privacy.
Sitting on just over a third of an acre, the generously sized property contains a host of beautiful gardens that include vegetables and fruit trees.ย
Tisdale recently offloaded her old Hollywood Hills home to influencer Madison Beer, prior to upgrading to her new ranch-style home.
