Ben Affleck selling his Pacific Palisades bachelor pad

Two-time Oscar winner Ben Affleck is selling his LA bachelor pad after marrying Jennifer Lopez.

Affleck purchased the then brand-new East Coast traditional mansion for US$19 million, when he split with former wife Jennifer Garner in 2018.

According to The Dirt, the actor, screenwriter and producer is selling the Pacific Palisades estate for a tidy profit, asking US$29.999 million.

The mansion itself is hidden behind a row of small trees, carefully sculpted shrubs and a columned front porch.

Inside there’s more than 1255sq m of living space and includes a curved staircase from the foyer, a dining room with a chandelier and a gourmet kitchen finished with blue cabinets.

Other highlights include a custom-fitted walk-in closet in the primary suite, a wellness room, and a home theatre along with a finished basement that contains a recreation room, climate-controlled wine cellar, a gym, a second family room as well as a home office.

A wall of glass in the family room leads to a covered dining and lounging patio with in-ceiling heaters, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV.
