The Australasian Real Estate Conference (AREC) has announced its agent speaker lineup for the two-day learning event to be held at Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre on Sunday, 24th May and Monday, 25th May.

AREC Founder John McGrath said the 2026 agent line-up represents the very best of the profession.

“AREC has always been about bringing the industry’s top performers together to share what’s really working. This year’s agent speakers reflect the depth of talent we have across Australia – from established leaders dominating their markets to the next generation already pushing boundaries. It’s this exchange of ideas and experience that continues to elevate our industry and benefit Clients across the board.”

Curated to reflect the evolving landscape of the industry, this year’s agent panels will deliver practical insights, high-performance strategies and real-world experiences from agents who are operating at the very top of their markets.

Across two days, AREC will feature a dynamic mix of established performers and rising stars, reinforcing its position as the premier platform for agent-led learning and industry advancement.

Day One: Elite Performance & Market Leadership

The opening day will see powerhouse agents take the stage, including Western Australia’s multi REI award winner and leading luxury specialist Vivien Yap (Ray White), known for her dominance in the Perth market.

Also taking the stage is Nicholas Dunn (McGrath Willoughby), a standout young Sydney performer recognised for his strategic approach to property sales, and Sam Lloyd (McGrath Lane Cove), a consistent high achiever and 2025 recipient of the John McGrath Award. Sam has built a reputation for strong client relationships and results-driven execution across the luxury markets on the upper North Shore.

The day’s headline panel – The Legends of Real Estate features No 1 Queensland agent Alex Jordan (McGrath Brisbane), sharing a discussion with top luxury specialist Michael Kollosche (Gold Coast) and high-performing agent Alexander Phillips (Sydney). Together, they represent a cross-section of Australia’s most competitive markets, bringing deep expertise across prestige sales, brand building and market positioning.

Further elevating the Day 1 program, Alex Ouwens andNathan Casserly (Ouwens Casserly Real Estate Adelaide) will take the stage together, offering a rare insight into building a high-performance business and brand at scale. Will Torres (Torres Property, Coorparoo, QLD) will share his approach to growth, energy and next-generation prospecting.

Day Two: Experience, Performance & The Next Generation

Day two of AREC 2026 delivers a powerful mix of established performance and emerging talent, highlighting the depth and diversity of today’s real estate landscape.

Leading the next-generation conversation is the “Young Emerging Talent” panel, featuring Liam Cromarty (LoveRealty – Lake Macquarie, NSW), Ashley Van Deyk (Ray White Upper North Shore) and Dean Tuffley (Ray White Mt Eden NZ). As three agents who have rapidly accelerated their careers, this session will provide insight into the mindset, habits and modern strategies driving early success in a competitive market.

Complementing this, a series of standalone sessions will see high-performing agents take the stage individually, each bringing their own perspective and proven approach to growth and consistency.

A Platform for Real Conversations

Izzy Savva, Head of Total Real Estate Training, the organiser of AREC, said the curation of this year’s speakers was intentional in both quality and diversity.

“We’ve been incredibly deliberate in selecting agents who are not only performing at a high level, but who have something meaningful to contribute.

“This line-up represents different markets, different stages of career, and different approaches to success but what unites them is a commitment to excellence and a willingness to share openly. That’s what makes these sessions so powerful.”

With a focus on authenticity and practical value, the AREC 2026 agent sessions will go beyond surface level insights, delivering honest conversations around what it takes to succeed in today’s environment – from prospecting and negotiation to brand building and resilience.

As momentum builds toward the event, the announcement of the agent speaker line-up further cements AREC’s reputation as the must-attend conference for real estate professionals seeking to learn from the best.
