A series of wins for Ouwens Casserly

Ouwens Casserly has notched up a series of successes, opening a new office at Kensington Gardens, and also receiving two awards for project marketing.

Due to growth of Ouwens Casserly in the Eastern Suburbs, Mark Bressington and his team are now located at Shop 5/365 Kensington Road, Kensington Gardens, where he is able to service his clients even further by being more accessible.

“The team is excited to be positioned within the community we love to help,” Mr Bressington said.

“As a local of the area for the last 25 years, it is fantastic to now not only live in this community, but also work in an area I am passionate about, and in such close proximity to my clients.”

Mr Bressington’s client focus has recently been acknowledged at a state level, with a silver win at the 2019 REISA Awards.

“The timing of our office opening couldn’t be more perfect following my recognition as the silver winner for REISA’s South Australian Residential Salesperson!”

Meanwhile Ouwens Casserly Projects also picked up a REISA award for Project Marketing Developments, along with a UDIA Marketing Excellence 2019 Award. Both wins occurred within the space of just 48 hours from each other. 

Ouwens Casserly Projects director Rob Mitchell said he was delighted to be to be recognises with two highly coveted awards within 48 hours, highlighting the achievements of the Live Third Avenue project in particular. 

“Ouwens Casserly offer a specialist projects team, combining the knowledge of residential real estate with expertise in developments and projects,” Mr Mitchell said.

“Holding a unique position in the Adelaide development space, OC Projects works collaboratively with Adelaide developers of varying capabilities and provides wholistic services as required – from consultancy and market feasibility, to marketing and sales campaign management.”

The UDIA Marketing Excellence Award recognises excellence in marketing of a residential project.

Projects eligible for this award must demonstrate both an innovative and successful marketing approach and the substantial delivery of the marketing strategy of the project.

The REISA Project Marketing Developments Award focuses on marketing materials developed specifically for the South Australian market. Eligible projects should encompass a 360-degree scope of all marketing activities and how these relate back to the business strategy and marketing services offered to clients. 

“We are thrilled to be recognised for our project marketing achievements,” OC Managing Director Nathan Casserly said.

“It has taken us three years to perfect our digital platform and marketing strategy for projects, for which we are now seeing exceptional sales results.”
