A familiar face opens Ray White Rural Broken Hill

One of Broken Hill’s most recognised agents, Clifford Wren, has rebranded his business and will open the new Ray White office in town.

With just over 20 years experience, Mr Wren said the opening of Ray White Rural Broken Hill was a natural progression as his business looks to continue its growth.

Having previously owned Ray White Broken Hill from 2004 to 2014, Mr Wren is excited to be heading back to the real estate brand.

“The systems and technology that Ray White have in place are outstanding. In the five years since leaving the group, I’m very impressed with how things have changed. Ray White is definitely a brand that moves with the times so it’s good to be back,” Mr Wren said.

Ray White Rural managing director Stephen Nell congratulated Mr Wren on opening Ray White Rural Broken Hill and welcomed him back to the group.

“Growth is in the DNA of Ray White we are incredibly proud that Cliff has chosen to open Ray White Rural Broken Hill,” Mr Nell said.

“Cliff has been an exceptional agent for many years and we are thrilled to welcome him home.”

A born and bred Broken Hill local, Mr Wren has worked in the area for most of his real estate career and says his knowledge of the people and the local community go hand in hand when it comes to selling property.

“Our real point of difference is that we’re the only agency on the ground that sells rural property. All of our competitors work from different areas of the state, so to have the advantage of being local is priceless,” Mr Wren said.

Despite the changing of brands, Mr Wren will continue to offer the same outstanding service he has become renowned for.

“Our main focus will always be on our clients and ensuring they have a great experience with our business,” Mr Wren said.

“No matter what stage of life they’re at, we’re a one stop shop that covers all facets of real estate – from residential property to rural sales, we’ve got it covered.”

Mr Wren will continue to operate his business from the existing premises at 399 Crystal St, Broken Hill.
