Ripple Wu, a director and licensed estate agent, is bringing her Box Hill team into Jellis Craig, expanding the group’s Whitehorse hub in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.
The new Box Hill office becomes part of Jellis Craig Whitehorse, joining the established Blackburn office. Ripple and her team will bring a significant portfolio of properties into the network.
Ripple has featured in Australia’s Top Women in Real Estate for a number of years running and in speaking about the move, said it marked a new phase for her business.
“This is an exciting new chapter for our team. Jellis Craig’s premium brand positioning, collaborative culture and commitment to exceptional client service align strongly with our own values,” Ripple said.
She pointed to the network’s database as a key drawcard.
“We’re looking forward to continuing to support buyers and sellers in this dynamic market as part of the Jellis Craig network.”
Jellis Craig Whitehorse Director Daniel Bullen said the expansion reflected the group’s long-term commitment to the eastern growth corridor.
He pointed to significant investment in transport, healthcare, education and high-density residential development as reasons Box Hill continues to evolve as one of Melbourne’s key satellite cities.
“Expanding into Box Hill enables us to better serve this thriving community while combining the strengths of our people,” Daniel said.
“We’re delighted to welcome Ripple and her team to Jellis Craig and look forward to building on their exceptional reputation in the local market.”
The addition builds on a Whitehorse hub that already spans Blackburn, giving Jellis Craig a broader footprint across Melbourne’s east.
