Jenna Wallace has been promoted to Partner, National Head of Occupier Strategy and Solutions at Knight Frank, taking charge of the firm’s national OSS platform in Australia.
Jenna joined Knight Frank in February as Head of Global Portfolio Solutions (GPS) for Australia and New Zealand. In her new role, she will lead both the Global Portfolio Solutions and Tenant Representation teams under the OSS banner.
Knight Frank said the appointment reflects its continued focus on delivering integrated occupier solutions and strengthening collaboration across its client-facing service lines, and follows ongoing growth within the OSS platform across Australia and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
Jenna has more than 15 years of experience in property, with a background in occupier-focused real estate solutions and account management. Before rejoining Knight Frank after a decade away from the firm, she led CBRE’s Occupier Accounts and Workplace Consulting business, managing major portfolios for clients across Australia and New Zealand. She also serves as Membership Executive for the CoreNet Global Australia Chapter and holds board and committee roles with the Property Council of Australia.
Knight Frank Australia Chief Executive Officer James Patterson said the promotion recognised both Jenna’s leadership and the opportunity to strengthen the firm’s occupier offering.
