OBrien Real Estate has launched a refreshed brand identity across its Victorian network, retaining the OBrien name that has anchored the business since 2010.
The update includes a new logo, contemporary visual identity, refreshed colour palette and stronger verbal identity, rolling out across offices, property campaigns, signage, digital platforms and communications from 1 September.
Managing Director Dean O’Brien said the change was about ensuring the brand reflects the business OBrien has become.
“We’ve spent 16 years building OBrien around people, relationships, performance and trust. But strong businesses don’t stand still,” Dean said.
“You have to keep evolving, keep challenging yourself and keep raising the standard.”
“This is about taking everything we’ve built and elevating it, our brand, our communication, our client experience and ultimately the outcomes we deliver.”
The new identity is built around three ideas – people, connection and possibility.
“We haven’t changed who we are. We’ve created a brand that better reflects who we’ve become and where we’re going,” Dean said.
As part of the evolution, OBrien is pushing further into emotive property marketing through its “Can You Picture It?” platform, which the agency says shifts the conversation beyond property features to the life a home can create for its next owner.

“Real estate is ultimately about people. We’re involved in some of the biggest moments and decisions in their lives,” Dean said. “Our job is not simply to market property. It’s to understand people, create connection and help them see what’s possible.”
The rebrand also reinforces OBrien’s “That’s Obsessively OBrien” positioning, which Dean said sets the standard expected across the organisation.
“Being obsessive means caring about the details. It means constantly asking how we can be better, better marketing, better communication, better technology, better service and better outcomes.”
Dean said the business intends to lead change in the industry rather than respond to it.
“The businesses that lead the next decade will be the ones prepared to evolve before they have to,” he said.
“We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved since 2010, but we’re even more excited about what comes next. We are future focused, ambitious and determined to continue raising the standard.”
“And we believe our greatest opportunity is still ahead of us.”
