Will Gosse steps up as BresicWhitney's new CEO

BresicWhitney has appointed Will Gosse as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Will has spent 12 years with the Sydney-based group, serving as Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Shareholder before stepping into the Acting CEO role. His permanent appointment follows what the company described as a thorough process to determine its next chief executive.

Founder and Director Shannan Whitney said the move marks a new chapter for the business.

“Will is a grounded leader who understands the spirit of BresicWhitney. He’s helped shape the opportunities that have defined our business for the better, and those that will drive us forward. He’s been our biggest advocate, and we intend to remain his.”

Will said his priorities in the role would centre on people, standards, and culture.

“My focus is where it’s always been – on our people, the standard of work we deliver, and a culture that nurtures not only high performance, but curiosity and creativity in us all. That’s the foundation we’ll continue to build on as we move forward with considered ambition.”

He also pointed to the group’s values as a guiding force.

“Our people, clients and customers deserve excellence, integrity and humility, without compromise. Carrying the BresicWhitney standard takes intention and conviction. That’s not new, and neither is our commitment to it.”

BresicWhitney transacts on more than $3 billion of Sydney property annually across the city’s harbourside and lifestyle suburbs. The group employs around 200 people and was recently recognised by the Australian Financial Review in its 2026 Best Places to Work Awards.
