It has been a mass of heavy hearts in the industry this week as we learned of the passing of Coronis Rental Area Leader, Simon Cox, who lost his fight with brain cancer on Thursday, 22 September 2016.
Highly regarded throughout the real estate industry, Simon’s career in property management spanned more than 20 years in varying roles from Property Manager, Rent Roll Business Coach and Trainer, Business Development Manager and more recently, Area Leader for Coronis.
His passion, dedication and knowledge about the property management industry, his team and clients was second to none, which is evident through his numerous industry awards.
Simon’s funeral will be held on Friday, 30 September, at 11am at the Parkview Chapel, 129 Nerang-Broadbeach Road, Nerang.
Coronis Property Management Director Jodi Ford said Simon had played an integral role in the development of the Coronis team and rent roll over the past two years.
“We were very blessed to have Simon on our team, if only for a short time,” Mrs Ford said.
“Simon’s strategies for success, team mentoring, energy and motivational attitude have proven invaluable and our team will miss him dearly.
“He was without a doubt one of the most caring, loving, kind and courageous men that I have ever known, and anyone who knew him, will know what a loss to the industry this is.”
