The unassuming house with a skatepark inside

From the road, you’d never imagine that the unassuming house above contains an entire skatepark within – one that draws professional skaters from around the world.

Owner Rob Marsden turned a converted church hall in Norfolk, England, into a home, complete with a lovely kitchen, three bedrooms, a sizeable living area, and a 8x12m skate bowl with three quarter pipes, ramps and a 4m vert-wall.

Each Wednesday, Marsden livestreams all the action on a Facebook page about the house.

He has decided to sell the property, after his daredevil life caught up with him.

“I’m 45, I have a broken back and I’m a middle-aged shredder,” he told The Sun.

“I never thought I would leave this place but I found a place out in the country that I have bought.”

The Norfolk property is on the market for $432,000.
