Kirstie Clarke has joined RE/MAX Results and RE/MAX Bayside Properties as Performance and Growth Manager.

Real estate principal Hayley Van de Ven is amassing a mighty team across her four offices and is this week thrilled to announce the arrival of another big name.
Kirstie Clarke, previously a Key Account Manager with Domain, which is affectionately known in the industry as ‘the green team’, returns ‘home’ to RE/MAX Results and RE/MAX Bayside Properties as Performance and Growth Manager. She commenced her role on Monday.
“Kirstie’s role in growth and performance offers agents an incredible resource and someone who embodies our real ‘get it done’ values when it comes to helping our agents achieve more from their business this year.
“We welcome her to the team at a time when our business is rocketing, moving ahead in leaps and bounds,” said Ms Van de Ven, Principal of the Limitless Group.
“This support and growth role enables agents to leverage the expertise from our leadership team and focus on what they do best, listing and selling property.
“Kirstie is the perfect person to assist our agents in skyrocketing their results.”
Ms Van de Ven explained that Ms Clarke would partner with Dene Tucker, RE/MAX Australia’s Chief Auctioneer.
“Together they will smash out another massive year with our in-house Auction Advocates program.
Dene Tucker said, “After a very successful 2021 launching the program to the team, I have no doubt Kirstie and I will drive huge results this year particularly as the market shifts, our agents will be superbly prepared and well in front of the pack on this.”
Ms Van de Ven said her business model differed to most.
“Our niche is experienced agents and high performers and when you ask yourself what value you can add for these people, it is around growing teams, creating sustainability, profitability and supporting them with systems and structure.

A high performer herself, Kirstie Clarke’s return to RE/MAX is one of joy for the Bayside/Results team.
“Kirstie, who’s known as KC, began her real estate career in our Morningside office all those years ago, then spent many more years in an agency before moving into her corporate role. My team have loved working with KC at Domain, but the red, white and blue is in her blood.
