The Agency and Hawthorn Football Club join forces

The Agency is continuing to kick goals, with AFL team Hawthorn entering a commercial partnership with the company.

Hawthorn Football Club has announced The Agency is coming on board as its official real estate partner.

As part of the arrangement, The Agency will become the presenting partner of the club’s annual Hawthorn in Business corporate networking seminar series, as well as its recruiting team partner. 

The Agency branding will feature on recruitment team apparel.  

The Agency was created to bring together the most experienced and highly regarded professionals in the real estate space who prioritise knowledge, dependability and results. 

The partnership between Hawthorn and The Agency will provide a platform for The Agency to strengthen their position in the Victorian market and reach a broader audience through increased brand awareness.    

Hawthorn Chief Executive Officer Justin Reeves said he saw a clear synergy between Hawthorn and The Agency.   

“The Agency is an organisation highly driven by their values, which is something Hawthorn also prides itself on,” Mr Reeves said.  

“Adding another high-quality brand as a partner of the Hawthorn family is a milestone to celebrate. 

“We are delighted to have The Agency onboard at Hawthorn and look forward to working closely with The Agency over the coming years.” 

The Agency’s Group Chief Executive Officer Geoff Lucas and Managing Director Paul Niardone said they felt a strong affiliation with Hawthorn’s dedication to the wider community and desire to help those around the club.

“Hawthorn is one of the country’s premier sporting organisations,” Mr Lucas said.

“For decades this elite club has been renowned for its high performance and professionalism. 

“This resonates strongly with our brand, which has brought together top real estate professionals from around the country.

Mr Lucas said Hawthorn’s community programs visibly sought to support, engage and educate their communities via the club’s activities.

“The Agency team is here to help the entire Hawthorn family – its players, management and their 70,000-plus membership base – with any property advice or guidance they require.” 

The Agency boasts an extensive national network and database, cross-selling opportunities and a more seamless experience for their clients.

The Agency isn’t the only big name in real estate to have an affiliation with Hawthorn – REA Group CEO Owen Wilson is currently a member of the club’s board.
