Leading real estate recruitment professional Harriet Saunders has joined The Agency as Head of Agent Recruitment and Growth for the east coast, as the national real estate brand looks to build on its strong calibre team of high performance agents in 2024.
The Agency Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Real Estate Matt Lahood said Ms Saunders’ appointment was part of its commitment to helping The Agency’s team identify talented real estate professionals who will thrive in The Agency’s unique environment, which supports agents to their full potential.
“With a focus on growing our team’s presence on the east coast and attracting Property Partners to The Agency’s dynamic environment, Harriet will work closely with the General Managers of Sales for Queensland, NSW, ACT, Victoria and Tasmania, as well as the executive leadership team, to create recruitment strategies focused on building relationships with top performers in the field,” Mr Lahood said.
With 23 years in the industry, Ms Saunders has a deep, hands-on understanding of the skills and mindset perspective team members need to succeed in The Agency’s real estate model.

The Agency Managing Director and CEO Geoff Lucas said The Agency had ambitious growth targets for agent numbers in 2024.
“Attracting high performance sales agents is a priority for 2024 particularly on the east coast for The Agency and Harriet will play a key role in this process,” Mr Lucas said.
