With a legacy of real estate excellence spanning three generations, the move into business ownership has always been on the horizon for Brisbane-based agent Amanda Marshall, and there’s no better time than now with the opening of RE/MAX River City this week.
Adept in property management and sales, Ms Marshall (nee Porter) brings with her more than 20 years of experience in real estate; it is a calling that has been with her since day dot, with her mother, aunt and grandparents highly successful real estate agents in their own right.
“Real estate is in my blood,” Ms Marshall said.
“I always saw myself here (business ownership) and I’m thrilled that the time is now.”
Having commenced her early career as front of house in the family real estate business, Ms Marshall’s passion for the industry grew, paving the way for her illustrious career, which has been underpinned by her client-centric approach for the past two decades.
A highly successful and respected professional, Ms Marshall has been a leader in her field and encompasses passion, expertise and dedication.

Ms Marshall is no stranger to the river city, having recently returned to Brisbane after several years working in the Sydney market.
She has held a number of training and leadership roles at a national level.
Her decision to partner with RE/MAX Australia to launch her own business came down to finding the right culture and leadership in a brand, allowing the opportunity to grow and expand her business with the support of a global network.
