The R&W Rooty Hill team has expanded its western Sydney footprint with the opening of a second office in Erskine Park/St Clair.
Founder and principal Roy Amery has operated the Rooty Hill office for more than 16 years and has a commanding presence in sales and one of the largest rent rolls in the west.
After seeing his business flourish Mr Amery decided now was the right time to expand.
“A brilliant opportunity came available and we were able to very quickly secure a great location in the Erskine Park Shopping Centre,” said Mr Amery.
“We’ve been warmly welcomed by the people within the community. Without their strong support the opening of our second office wouldn’t have been possible.”
From a young age, Mr Amery has been an inspirational leader to his team, focused on building their skills and abilities and encouraging their passion not only for real estate but the people and communities they represent.
“Most of our new business opportunities arrive by referrals and by word of mouth, which is a true testament of success,” he said.

While building the business Mr Amery has led his team by example, over the years winning multiple R&W awards for Most Outstanding Auction Lister, and Most Outstanding Selling Principal (Transactions).
