Former Domain boss Antony Catalano is set to offload his beachside, St Kilda West mansion and stands to achieve an eye-watering $11 million profit on the sale.
According to realestate.com.au, Mr Catalano is listing the mansion at 367 Beaconsfield Pde with a price range of $15.5-$16.5 million.
If the mansion achieves that sale price it will be more than triple the $4.6 million Mr Catalano, who now owns Australian Community Media, and his wife paid for the Victorian mansion in 2011.
Sales Agent Oliver Booth from Kay & Burton South Yarra said the home has been completely transformed into a luxury inner-city oasis.
“The finishes are absolutely gold class, it’s got everything a buyer would ever want and more,” Mr Booth told realestate.com.au.
“The rooftop terrace and views of the city and the bay are unbelievable.”
Behind a vine-covered facade, the luxurious eight-bedroom mansion features a host of luxury fittings, including a gym, lift and seven bathrooms Mr Booth said.

After living in the property for more than 10 years, Mr Catalano is getting set to move into his new $30.5 million St Kilda penthouse in one of the St Moritz buildings.
The building is situated on the waterfront site of the former Novotel Hotel and will be spread across two levels.
It will include a sauna, gym, seven-car garage, direct lift access, a floating fireplace and 180-degree water views as well as a host of luxury features.
