REA Group has announced a refresh of property.com.au, the first investment in the property website in a number of years.
The aim of the refresh is to build Australia’s leading property research destination, providing a full picture of every property in the country.
From today, property.com.au will have a new homepage where users can search more than 15 million residential addresses across the country.
The new property.com.au property pages will include a property overview with historic and current sales and rentals; lists of neighbouring or similar properties for sale, rent or that have recently sold; and the estimated property value and value per square metre, which is backed by PropTrack.
The site will also link to thousands of new listings on agency websites.
Complementing the market leading website and mobile app realestate.com.au, property.com.au is the latest value add for REA customers.
The new marketplace is set to deliver opportunities for agents to further build their brand and connect with sellers.
