Ray White Victoria & Tasmania celebrates excellence at annual awards

Ray White Victoria & Tasmania has recognised its top performers at the annual awards ceremony held at the MCEC, highlighting outstanding achievements across the network for the 2024/25 year.

The event saw Ray White Ferntree Gully claim the top spot as the No. 1 Office for Settled Commission, marking their ninth consecutive year winning this award.

Vivian Li from Ray White Wantirna was named the No. 1 Salesperson for Settled Commission, while Ray White Werribee took home the award for the highest Number of Sales.

Patrick McConnachie of Ray White Ferntree Gully expressed his gratitude for the recognition, noting the significance of the achievement as they approach their 20th anniversary in business.

“On Monday, we celebrate 20 years in business and we have won this award 10 times over that 20 years,” Mr McConnachie said.

“The people we surround ourselves with are all first class and this award is won by everyone in our business.

โ€œWe adhere to a principle that the standards we walk past are the standards we accept, so we have high standards.”

The CEO’s Cup, recognising individuals who have made remarkable impacts to the wider Ray White Group, was awarded to Andrew Salvo from Ray White Southbank | Melbourne City. Salvo was praised for his exceptional leadership through multiple business model transitions in the competitive inner-city market.

Anil Malik and Mark Srivastava from Ray White Tarneit received the prestigious Business Achievement Award, recognising their significant business transformation over the past decade.

Since changing ownership 10 years ago, the office has developed into a consistent high-performance operation through strategic recruitment and leveraging the strength of the Ray White network.

In a touching moment during the ceremony, Michael Teague was inducted as a Life Member, the highest honour within the Ray White group.

Mr Teague’s journey with Ray White began in the late 1990s and included serving as Principal across multiple offices while playing a pivotal role in the company’s expansion across regional Victoria.

Property management achievements were also celebrated, with Ray White Cranbourne named the No. 1 Property Management Office for Revenue and Ray White Tarneit recognised for Net Growth.

Eloise Sweatman from Ray White Frankston was honoured as Property Manager of the Year, also claiming the title of #1 International Property Manager of the Year.

Sixteen individuals achieved the prestigious Chairman’s Elite status, representing the highest performers across the network.

This elite group included standouts from various locations, including Glenroy, Cheltenham, Preston, and Wantirna.

Ray White Victoria & Tasmania CEO Domenic Belfiore emphasised the company’s commitment to integrity and growth throughout the challenging year.

“Through all of this, one thing remains constant, our ethics. In every transaction, every decision, every customer interaction, doing the right thing must come first. Always,” Mr Belfiore said.

He concluded the evening with a message of optimism about the network’s future, highlighting their continued growth in property transactions and auctions.

“I am so proud of what we’ve achieved and for what will come next but what I am most proud of is you – the people in this room,” he said.

“The ones who grew, the ones who endured, the ones who helped others succeed. This network is built on your shoulders.

โ€œAnd it’s moving forward because of your belief in what we do.”
