Real estate experts Karandeep Singh and Ash Kalkat have joined with Ray White to open Ray White Land Sales Victoria.
The office specialises in broad acreage land sales across Victoria, with seven specialists coming onboard within the office.
“We wanted to grow and do something on our own and we found an opportunity to go into land sales,” Mr Singh said.
“The reason being because the relationships you make in this part of the industry are quite different to residential real estate, it’s a different kind of audience and it fits well with our skillset. We deal with a lot of developers and investors and it offers a large amount of growth.”
With a record amount of internal migration happening over the past two years, regional areas in Victoria are just one of the markets benefitting from the mass exodus from the city.
“All areas of regional Victoria are booming, in particular Geelong, the south east, the Melton corridor, the Macedon Ranges and the northern corridor,” Mr Singh said.
“I would say those areas are booming a lot more than metro areas and a lot of developers are keen to acquire land parcels in these regions.”
When asked what sets them apart from the rest, Ms Kalkat said it’s all about their authenticity and professionalism.
“Being authentic and professional is so important in this industry. We live our values and genuinely care about our sellers and buyers which has helped us maintain life-long relationships,” she said.

The couple’s focus on professionalism was a big reason why they chose to join Ray White.
