Ray White expands to Ceduna and Streaky Bay

Experienced real estate professionals Daniel and Megan Eramiha are taking ownership of the newest Ray White office on the west coast of South Australia.

After eight years working as a salesperson, Mr Eramiha said he was ready to take the next step into business ownership as principal of Ray White Ceduna | Streaky Bay, and he’s confident this move will lead to a greater presence across his local area.

“Being a local, I’m very passionate about providing exceptional service to all my clients and representing this community to the best of my ability,” Mr Eramiha said.

“I strongly believe that having my own business will allow me to provide the communication and innovation needed to provide this level of service.”

Mr Eramiha said the Ray White brand gives his business strength and is up to speed with where he want to be as a business.

“The systems and smart use of technology ensure our properties will have the highest level of exposure, resulting in the best possible outcomes for our clients,” he said.

Ray White South Australia and Northern Territory CEO Matt Lindblom said he was delighted that Daniel and Megan had decided to take this next step in running Ray White Ceduna | Streaky Bay.

“Ray White is a proud fourth generation, family-owned business and it’s great to have another family join the group. Daniel, Megan and I have been working on this for some time, so it’s really exciting to see this come together,” Mr Lindblom said.

“They have extensive experience in real estate, are so passionate about providing the very best results and service for all of their customers, whether they are looking to sell, buy, lease or rent.”

Mr Eramiha will also be working closely with the Ray White Rural SA team, led by Geoff and Daniel Schell, to service farmers in the Eyre Peninsula.

For Mr Eramiha, his goal is clear: to be the best source of real estate in the area.

“The main priority for us is, and has always been our clients and we aim to get the best results for them every time,” Mr Eramiha said.

“We’re committed to this for the long term and are looking forward to helping the community with all of their real estate needs.”
