Ray White expands high performance team

In order to increase the profitability and success of Ray White’s businesses, the performance team will continue to concentrate on the fundamental pillars of recruitment, lead generation, stock management, and productivity.

Bianca Denham has been promoted at Ray White to become the Head of Performance and Recognition for the leading property group.

Ms Denham has been elevated in the wake of Tim Snell taking on the role of CEO of Ray White NSW/ACT.

Ray White Managing Director Dan White said the pair had redefined the performance framework at the top group and showed great talent in engaging and developing members.

“Bianca has continued to strengthen our recognition program through the delivery of Emerging Elite, Elite and Chairman’s Elite business leaders and salespeople events and forums, building on her already strong relationships within this group,” he said.

“Bianca’s work with Mark McLeod on initiatives such as Real Estate of Origin, and the impact they’ve had in this space, is a testament to her ability and willingness to continue to challenge and improve the value we provide to our members.

“We are very excited for Bianca on this appointment, which is very well deserved,” Mr White said.

Ms Denham said she was thrilled to be offered this opportunity.

“I have been with Ray White since the start of my real estate career 12 years ago and to be able to sit in this capacity is an honour that I do not take lightly,” she said.

“In my current role as National Director of Special Programs, I’ve worked closely on the creation and implementation of our current performance programs.

“This next chapter will be about continuing to provide the network with world class skill and business development frameworks.”

The performance team will continue to focus on the core pillars of recruitment, lead generation, stock management and productivity making Ray White’s businesses more profitable and successful.

Tom Van has joined Ray White as National Performance Manager

Ray White also welcomed Tom Van to the group who is joining as the National Performance Manager.

Based in Sydney, Mr Van will work with Ms Denham and the performance team in delivering the group’s sales training programs – Emerge, Compass and Pathways, as well as being an integral part of the improvement and development of its best businesses.

Mr Van said he was thrilled to be joining such a great family business as Ray White.

“I’m excited to see what we can achieve for the network and its valued clients. I have been inspired by meeting Dan White and hearing about his ambition to leave Ray White in a better place than where it was when he took over as leader. That really resonated with me.”

Mr Van has experience in leading high performing sales teams roles across multiple industries including real estate.

Most recently he was a real estate performance coach covering Queensland and New South Wales for a real estate group.

Patrick Derrig has been named Ray White’s Western Australian performance business development executive.

And in the west, Patrick Derrig has joined Ray White, as the group’s Western Australian performance business development executive.

He completes the performance team which now has local specialists represented in each state.

Mr Derrig, an experienced sales operator, is also a licenced auctioneer.

“I have a calling in auctioneering. I have been calling auctions for over six years and working directly with the agents as an executive auctioneer for both large real estate brands and small independent agencies and I cannot wait to help the Ray White network.”
