Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty has strengthened its presence on the Gold Coast with the recruitment of Hope Island real estate specialist Suni Surti.
Mr Surti and his team relocated from the UK in 2006 and, according to Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty CEO, Paul Arthur, their addition supports the company’s continued commitment to the northern Gold Coast region.
“They’re an experienced team of Hope Island specialists who complement the growth we’ve already had and will continue to achieve across south-east Queensland,” Mr Arthur said.
He said that Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty had maintained a consistent focus of delivering the best service on the Gold Coast.
“We’ve identified three core areas – north, south and central – and will continue to recruit, hire and develop quality teams and individuals,” he said.
“We see our south-east Queensland sales continuing to be buoyant irrespective of any general market negativity in the media at present. It’s business as usual at Sotheby’s and we continue to get deals done.”
Mr Surti said he’d immediately experienced the benefits of being a member of Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty.
“Sotheby’s has something to offer no other competitor can offer, and that’s international exposure and reach within their network,” he said.
Mr Surti’s team, including his wife Jay and youngest son Alex, hold an extensive background in the building and property sectors, running three businesses prior to their relocation to Australia for lifestyle reasons.
“We really want to push for more in our Hope Island area and become the top team,” he said.
